I somehow completely forgot that I could’ve shared this project I did back in 2019.
Through a lot of art, editing, and text-to-speech, I was able to make a “demo reel” for Manslaughter. Manslaughter is a fake fighting video game idea I came up with, based on the Mortal Kombat model.
The story concept: Freddy Krueger comes across an ancient, powerful gem (cliche, but it works) which he uses to build an unstoppable team. He wishes to be the master of the world, his want of power overtaking him. Because of the gem, he’s able to blend together timelines and bring together the most iconic horror characters of different decades.
Of course, the kills in this game would be the main draw. I mean, seriously, it’s a horror fighting game!
